Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.
Shipping
We ship pan-India via Shiprocket-partnered couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery once delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@roselajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID — we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Limitation of Liability
Rosela Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
