Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through Shiprocket-powered logistics partners. If your pin code isn't serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹699. Orders below ₹699 attract a flat ₹50 shipping fee.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for most tier-1 and tier-2 cities at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive an email and SMS once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime at roselajewels.com/track-order using your order ID.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most pin codes in India and may be subject to a small handling fee. The option will appear at checkout if your pin code is eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@roselajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID — we will arrange a free replacement.
